Thank you for using Enduro Time Tracker (“the App”). Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information the App Accesses

Enduro Time Tracker may access certain Apple Health (“HealthKit”) data to support fitness-related features. With your permission, the App may read the following information:

• Heart rate
• Active energy (calories)
• Distance traveled

This information is used only to display your activity metrics in the Apple Fitness app and within your Apple Watch activity rings.

2. Information We Do Not Collect, Store, or Transmit

Enduro Time Tracker does not:

• Collect any personal data
• Store any data on external servers
• Transmit any data to the developer
• Share data with third parties
• Use analytics, tracking, or advertising tools
• Create user accounts or store logs

All Health and race-related information remains on your device, is controlled by you, and is protected by Apple's HealthKit privacy framework.

3. How Health Data Is Used

Health data is used strictly for in-app functionality, including:

• Displaying your heart rate, calories, and distance
• Updating your Apple Fitness rings
• Providing a more complete record of your workout activity

Health data is never used for marketing, analytics, profiling, or advertising.

4. Race Configuration Data

Race-related data that you enter — such as checkpoints, lap counts, and schedules — is:

• Stored only on your Apple Watch
• Not accessible by the developer
• Never transmitted off your device
• Deleted if you remove or reset the App

5. No Third-Party Services

The App does not connect to or exchange data with external servers, cloud services, or advertising networks. No data is ever sold or shared with third parties.

6. Children’s Privacy

The App does not collect or transmit any personal data from users, including children. If a child uses the App, no identifiable information is collected or shared.

7. Security

All data used by the App remains protected by Apple’s built-in privacy and security framework. Since no data leaves your device, there is no risk of unauthorized remote access.

8. Changes to This Policy

If future updates introduce new features that require different data handling, this Privacy Policy will be updated. Any updates will be posted on this webpage.
